Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused, and in original condition
* Original tags and packaging must be intact

To initiate a return, contact us at oldbitteam@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

Once the returned item passes quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect
